大倾角上运、下运带式输送机
一般带式输送机的上运倾角小于18，下运倾角不小于-17。当上运角度大于18时，下运角度小于-17时，输送带上的物料就容易向下滑动并出现严重的滚料现象。为了解決普通输送带的大角度向上或向下输送，采取的主要技术措施有以下几个方面：
1.采用软启动和软自动
2.采用深槽托辊组
3.采用花纹带，提高机身的适应倾角
4.防止倒车需要加逆止器和制动器（上运）
5、可以采用变频起制动＋盘形制动器
6、可以采用液粘软起动装置＋ 可控盘形制动器
7、可以用液力偶合器＋可控盘形制动器
8、一般下运带式输送机直接采用可控盘形制动器
9、采用特殊的机身结构防止物料的滚动
10、特殊控制技术
通过以上技术和我公司多年理论实践经验，对-26°～＋30°上、下运带式输送机有成熟设计理念，对不同的客户需求能做出优秀的有针对性的方案。

4．DTG（DTS）（DSS）系列吊挂式带式输送机
DTG（DTS）系列吊挂式带式输送机主要用于煤矿井下大巷或集中运输巷原煤输送，和DTL所不同的是中间部分是钢丝绳吊挂托辊，适用于巷道底板高低起伏大的环境，该系列结构简单，安装维护方便。

5．平面拐弯通用固定式带式输送机
平面拐弯通用固定式皮带机适用于输送散装物料或成件物品。可单机输送，也可多台或与其他输送机组成水平或倾斜输送。可沿地形起伏采用凸弧、凹弧与直线段组合或平面弯曲设置。

6．（TD75、DTII、DTII（A））通用固定式带式输送机
适用范围：DX系列强力皮带机可根据用户提供的运量（t／h）、运距（m）、提升高度（m）、现场情况等要求进行设计，用于煤矿井下时配备防跑偏、煤位、打滑、烟雾、断带、纵撕等六项保护。并解决好软启动、软制动、胶带自动张紧等问题。
DTII型固定带式输送机是TD75型及部分DX型的更新设计产品。部件在原有基础上进行改进设计。DTII型三角形机架有突出的优点。TD75采用型钢焊接框形机架和DX型箱形机架目前采用仍较普遍，也可根据实际情况混合使用。
